R.H. Coutier Champagne Grand Cru Cuvée Millésime 2015 Extra Brut comes from the Montagne de Reims, where 75% Pinot Noir brings drive and structure and 25% Chardonnay adds finesse and lift. The bouquet is focused and expressive: ripe citrus, apple and pear, white flowers, chalky minerality, with hints of hazelnut and brioche. On the palate it’s bone-dry and vibrant, with a very fine mousse, crisp acidity and a saline, lingering finish. Disgorged 10/2024, it shows remarkable clarity and precision—ideal for special toasts, elegant aperitifs and refined dining.
